Cracking a coconut

We have enjoyed Daddy’s Kday, having him home so much. Today Emma, Paris and I made muffins. It called for coconut and I had bought a real one to try out. I googled how to open it. The lady on the video just dropped it on the floor. So that’s what I did. It sort of worked. But Steven came in to finish the job. We all had fun experimenting with it. The girls had a lot of fun baking. And I enjoyed the muffins...Emma only ate the chocolate chips, and Steven isn’t eating carbs. I’m assuming Paris liked it since she ate it. (They were morning glory muffins, with lots of shredded carrots, apples, and raisins. Healthy, tasty and lots of work/fun for two little girls.)
