Easter

He is Risen!
We woke up dark and early at 4:30 and got ready for the sunrise service at chapel. It wasn't too chilly in the low 50s, and it was fun to see the sun come up. Cell phones do not do justice to sunsets or sunrises, but I took some anyway. Afterward we had donuts, then the regular service, and a potluck with the Catholics. We went home in between to get our food ready...next time I will do easier food. After chapel we went to Noah's house for a dinner with friends. We took the leftovers to the fire station and barely made it home in time to skype with family before Emna fell asleep. Long day. Tomorrow we rest, relax, take naps and take Raelynn and Michelle to the airport.
The kids all had blankets. And we all heard the turkeys celebrating too.
Sunrise!
My dessert...mini cheesecake egg nests.
Jeanette does great with the kids.
Hunting for eggs in Noah's garage since it was raining.
Craziness
Thankfully Grandma Connie remembered to buy her stuff for an Easter basket...it was a good end to a full day.
Peper's treat is chicken broth. Hopefully it helps.
