Tutu fun
Emma is growing up and I feel like Martha, my old neighbor who always used to say, "this is my favorite age," every time her daughter got older. She can be so much fun. In the bath tub she kept handing me a measuring cup of water, which she usually says is some kind of soup. But tonight every time I took it she said, "no it's poop!" And proceeded to giggle ridiculously as I exclaimed, "gross!" each time. What a silly goose. Before bath time we had a long day. I had board training at chapel for the new PWOC year and Emma wore herself out playing. Daddy had to go into work for a while and then he was finally able to get a workout in. After he was done he picked up Emma, and put her to bed. After nap we all went for a family walk to search for my headband that fell off during my run yesterday. Then we had dinner and played....Emma got sweaty on the walk so of course took her pants off, but at least she put her tutu on to dance and twirl for us. The last picture is when I told her it was time for a bath.
