Home sweet home

We finally made it back tonight. Our flight got in around 8, but after getting the car from economy parking, loading, and getting a snack before heading home, we didn't actually get home until 10:30...local time. We were all very happy to be home. Emma kept saying, "this is where I live," and, "pepper's crazy." Which she was. :) Emma was also glad to have Pepper to boss around again....maybe she thinks Pepper listens better than Grandma Connie's cat who is very, very old and probably can't hear. 

Emma did pretty good on both flights....there were lots of kids on both flights and we were glad to have the iPad for Emma. She finally got tired on the second flight and sleep an hour or two on my lap.
