Saggy pants and the vacuum

I know Emma is small, but when it comes to shorts, she seems even smaller! This morning I put some 12 month jean shorts on her...this is what it looked like:
So we went out and bought her some new shorts, 6-9 months. They barely stayed on her. However, due to some tummy troubles, she is now in her 3rd pair of shorts for the day, and theses ones seem to fit. They are size 12 month, jegging shorts. Go figure.
Oh yeah...in this picture she is putting away her toys so we can vacuum. Yesterday the closet door was open, and she pointed at the vacuum, and I said, "Yes, Emma, that is the vacuum." (I thought she was afraid of it.) She pointed it out again, and I said, "Do you want to vacuum?" She said yes. But I was busy so I told her she had to pick up all her toys before we vacuumed, and what do you know...within 30 seconds she had picked up all her stuff. And then she asked to vacuum again. I was so shocked, I stopped what I was doing and we vacuumed. (Where did we get this girl?) Later on she asked to vacuum again and I said we had to wait until bedtime, and she cried. Silly girl. This morning we vacuumed again after she picked up her toys, and she didn't even want me to hold her while I did it. Our house is about to be really clean...apparently all I need to do to get Emma to pick up her toys is to tell her we can vacuum. :) Did I also mention she loves to help with the dishes and the laundry? It is much more fun to clean this way.
