Ice cream party....and curtains!

Yesterday Emma went to a party for a girl in her class. I also know her mom from PWOC. It was an ice cream themed party. The girls all had fun, lots of giggles, not any screaming! Seriously the quietest party I have ever been to. I was the only parent to stay, Emma is getting to the age where parents apparently don’t stay at parties, but they all did in CA still. Plus, we walked so I didn’t want to have to walk all they way back. But it was fun to watch the girls have fun.
We also finally have our curtains hung in our room! Woohoo! Seriously the sun was blinding before 5AM. We also finished putting Emma’s decorations up in her room.

One partner was on the floor with an ice cream cone, the other one tried to drop marshmallows in the cone. It was funny to watch them giggle as they tried to lay still with marshmallows dropping on their face.

They had all sorts of ice cream games.

Daddy sent Emma these removable stickers while he was in Korea. But I knew we were moving soon, so we saved them. We had fun putting them up today.

We finished putting her other stuff up, too. I just put it where she wanted it.

Our curtains

Yay!

We went to the shopette to check for butter, but I didn’t want to pay $5 for it, so we will just over whip our cream if we are desperate. But we did find this, which I couldn’t resist.
